The easiest way to return a non-perishable item is to visit the Mostly Vegan store within 14 days of receiving your order. When you visit the store, please bring your
proof of purchase and Mostly Vegan will happily provide you with an exchange or a gift voucher for the purchase price of the item/s you return.
Change of mind
Please choose carefully as Mostly Vegan do not refund any item bought online or in store, unless it is faulty. Mostly Vegan are happy to exchange your items at the store (excluding perishable items such as frozen and chilled goods as well as sale/clearance and short dated items) within 14 days of the date you received your order, with proof of purchase, providing the items are in their original condition.
Returning items purchased online
You can return your online purchase in store.
You can return item/s purchased online (excluding perishable items such as frozen and chilled goods as well as sale/clearance and short dated items to the Mostly Vegan store within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, Mostly Vegan are not able to exchange items, but will happily provide you with a gift
voucher for the purchase price of the item, as long as the items are in their original condition.
To return an item bought online:
· Contact the store
· Pack the item/s you are returning appropriately using the original packaging
· Items must arrive in store in new condition
· You will be required to pay the return postage
· Sale/clearance and short dated items cannot be returned
If the item/s is faulty, Mostly Vegan will meet their obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Returning items purchased in store
You can return items (excluding perishable items such as frozen and chilled goods as well as sale/clearance and short dated items) to the store. If you have changed
your mind on an item Mostly Vegan is happy to exchange it for you or provide you with a gift voucher as long as the items are in their original ’new condition.
Returning items that are not in original condition or outside the 14 day timeframe
Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, Mostly Vegan are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original/new condition or returned after 14 days
of you receiving your item. If returned via post, Mostly Vegan will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you.
Mostly Vegan abides by the Consumer Guarantees Act for any faulty or damaged items. Mostly Vegan are committed to ensuring that the items you buy from Mostly Vegan are in original/new condition when you receive them. If your items are faulty Mostly Vegan apologise for the inconvenience.
Please return the item/s to the stores. If the item was purchased online, you can return the item in store or post it back to Mostly Vegan.

Items Damaged in Transit
If your items arrive damaged, please keep all the contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in and contact Mostly Vegan within 24 hours of receipting your order.
