WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
1-2 Bananas (Frozen is best)
1 & 1/2C Isola Bio Soy Milk (use All Good Oat Milk for soy free)
1 big T PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (oooh yes)
2 big T Go Good Chocolate Protein Powder
1T Ceres Organics Collagen Support (or use their Super Seed blend)

WHAT TO DO:

Whack it all in your blender, banana and milk first so the powder doesn’t get trapped on the sides or bottom
